Traveling fees?
Travel fees do apply outside of 25 miles. $1.00 per mile.
Where are you located?
TiffaneyAnn Photography is located in Downtown Long Beach, 115 Pine Ave Ca 90802. As well as Worldwide.
When will we receive our photos?
Your Reveal Appointment is approximately two weeks after your session, Product delivery is 4-6 weeks approximately after your reveal. We are here for you the entire step of the way. Our primary goal is to give you an experience of a lifetime. If you have any questions do not hesitate to call or email us!
Can I share photos on Social Media?
Of course. In fact, I love when you share! I just ask that you please provide a link, tag, and/or my name. Please DO NOT add any filters to the photos!
How should I dress?
Consultation prior to the shoot will be held for the client as well as the photographer to connect on what is expected and envisioned of the shoot.
Retaining a deposit?
Client shall pay Retainer fee in full at time of booking. This total shall include the Services ONLY. This Fee is non-refundable. By paying this fee the client is agreeing to be subject to the terms and conditions.
Is a consultation necessary?
Yes, The consultation is very necessary. In fact TiffaneyAnn Photography actually requires a sit down to meet with every client at least 2 weeks prior to the shoot.
What is your Cancellation/Refund policy?
Because photography is a commodity that is custom made for each client, and thus can’t be “put back on the shelf” and sold to someone else, we do not accept returns or give refunds. Retainers and advance payments are never refundable! When we accept a Retainer or advance payment for a job at a specific date and time we turn down all other jobs for that date and time and therefore we do not refund deposits or advance payments. If the job is rescheduled to a later date and/or time it is treated as a new booking. We may, at our discretion, transfer such Retainer or advance payments to the new date and/or time. We encourage clients to check with us when rescheduling to confirm our availability and whether any deposits or advance payments will apply to the new booking.
Do you keep the files so we can order later?
I archive anything purchased in case something were to get damaged but I still have no guarantee that those files will be viable. Long-term digital storage is something that we don’t know the full reliability of so we can’t ensure that we will have them.
Do you watermark your images
All Proofs will be watermarked in the middle of the image.

"Tiffaney was hired by the law firm I work for to take our professional headshots. She came to our office on a Sunday (as the pictures had to be taken during non-operating hours) and did a phenomenal job! She guided us in obtaining our best natural pose and was extremely patient with us. She made all of us feel comfortable taking maybe not too comfortable poses. She brought all her equipment, a backdrop, a bunch of different lenses to capture different depths on the photos.
